2nd Reunion Gathering in 2010~

Hi Boys and Girls,

Wish you a wonderful and fruitful year! Happy New Year to you all!!!

I know some of you didn't join our first gathering this year. Never mind. Now we have another chance to meet each other. For those who joined the BBQ last time, thanks for your participation. I realized that you are all quite mature now. You were so polite to Tiani's mother and brother and you all knew how to thank people whole-heartedly. I'm so proud to be your teacher, maybe I have to say, it's my pleasure to be your friend!!

In short, let me tell you the details of our next gathering...

Date: 16/01/2010 (Sat)
Time: 12 nn
Venue: Olympian City
Activities: Lunch and chats
Special guest: Miss Wan

I hope you can come and meet everybody and have a nice time together.
Please leave a comment after reading this blog. No matter you join it or not, just let me know you've read it. Many thanks. See you all soon!!!

First Reunion Gathering on New Year Day

I was so glad to see you all today! I think we can have our reunion gathering every year on 1/1 from now on. Remember to reserve this day for our gathering!!

Janice, thanks for suggesting having this gathering party. Tiani, thanks for providing such a wonderful place for us to have BBQ.

I haven't seen you all for quite a long time. When I just arrived the MTR station today, I was quite shocked because I thought I went to the Giant Island. All of you are taller than me now, I'm the shortest among you all. What's going on? Am I shrinking now? OMG!!! You are growing faster than I expected. But at the same time, I was so delighted to see everyone is growing healthily. Time flies and you were graduated from the primary school two years ago. You are now in Form two. You were not the little children two years ago. Your physical bodies keep changing but something hasn't changed at all. Your pure nature is unchanged and your laughter and 'broken' gags are still the same, haha!! I missed our old times and I treasure our 'present' times more. Meeting you all is the best 'present' for me in 2010.

Boys and girls, I love you all forever!!!

1/1/2010 Gathering

Dear 6D Boys and Girls,

Let's set 1/1 as our Reunion Day every year! I hope we can meet at least once every year. Of course we can meet as many times as possible if you like.

By the way, this year, let's have the gathering at Tiani's home. She has moved her house near the Golden Coast. She said there is a beach nearby and we can have BBQ there. I suggest having a gift exchange session. If you want to exchange gift, please buy a gift around 50 dollars and bring it with you on that day. I wish we can have a lot of fun together! See you there!

Lots of love,
Miss Chung

~~A Happy Weekend~~

I spent a happy day with Edmund, Janice and Vanessa yesterday. We had lunch together at Olympian City and then we went to buy some cakes for tea time. We walked to Edmund's home and we played for some time. The building is quite grand and brand new. His flat is small but cozy and I was surprised and impressed by the large fish tank (small aquarium!)

I haven't seen Janice and Edmund since Valentine's Day. On that day, I invited them to come and help hold the game stall with me. They were so kind and nice! They were the first two students who knew I was leaving YCPS. Janice, thank you so much for coming to the small scale gathering party as you are having your exam now. I can see you really have the 'heart' to keep the relationship with me and your classmates. I understand that some of you are having exam or 'are going to have exam', so you didn't join us. And another thing that I appreciate most is that Janice, Edmund and Vanessa didn't care who joined te gathering, they came because they wanted to see and talk to me. Somebody told me that they didn't show up because 'some people' didn't join it. I was quite disappointed as they came for 'somebody' but not for me...

Well, I hope I will see more of you next time. You may suggest what you want to do and where you want to go. I'll wait for your reply!

Long long time no see!!! ^V^

Hi, everyone. It's me again! I haven't updated this blog for some time. It's because I am very busy and very lazy, haha >.<>. Don't worry about me. I am fine. I didn't tell you guys about this news since I think you will discover it one day. If one day you go to YCPS and you look for me, you will find out I have left that place already. Also, I think it's a little bit embarrassing to tell you I leave that place as I think it's just like announcing a good news to you (although it is REALLY a GOOD news!!!). But I think to some of you, it's not a good news at all. Some of you may want me to stay there as we had some good memories in that school and you would like to go back to visit me some time. What I want to say is that I resigned in February and I was not fired by the principal. You may be curious and want to know the reason of leaving the school. I think it's not an appropriate place for me to tell you here. If you really want to know, you can ask me directly when you see me next time. Before I made this decision, I spent a long time to think thoroughly. I LOVE YOU ALL and I hope you will support my decision. I love all my students, I love English, I love teaching... It's hard to explain why I had to make such decision. But I think I made a good choice so far. I still remember the times we were together. In these few days, I suddenly looked back and I remember I bought everyone a drink at that time when your class had 5 fails in the dictation. Everyone was so excited to get a drink from me and I was thrilled to see you paid a lot of effort to study. I also remembered 19 of you got A in English in an exam (J.5 or J.6? 1st, 2nd or 3rd?). More than half of the class got A in one exam, it's so amazing!!! It's a remarkable moment to see you guys succeeded at last. I am really PROUD OF YOU ALL!!! I am proud to be your English teacher and I don't think any classes in the school can achieve such a wonderful result. Whenever I am thinking of you, I will smile and think of your faces. I also remembered our last party but I was so careless that I forgot to bring my camera to take pictures with you. Anyway, all your faces are on my mind and I will not forget you all! I know many of you started to love English and love listening to English songs since you met me. I hope I have brought some happiness to you in learning English. I sincerely hope you all will be successful people in the future and I will be glad to know that.
Well, talking about the pictures above. I invited my friend to my home and she bought a chocolate cake for me. We played Scrabble together and I showed her my wedding pictures. We had a great time together. If you want to come to visit me, just let me know. We may have a barbecue in the country park near my home too!!!
Exams are coming, I will pray for you all and hope you can work hard to achieve satisfactory results! God bless you all!!!

My Wonderful Clam Clam Day!

Yesterday, I went to Lantau Island with my husband and his friends. We went there to explore......the clam clam seaside. Haha, I picked lots of clams and there were very heavy. There were about 15 kg totally. I went crazy when I saw so many clams under the sand. I couldn't stop laughing and picking the clams. We stayed at the seaside for 4 hours. We were exhausted finally and packed our stuff to go back to the pier. We had our dinner in a restaurant. I ordered beef ribs dinner set with cream soup and butter toast. I drank the iced lemon tea and was very full after that. We caught the ferry at 8 p.m. and arrived at Central at about 9. We took the bus to go home. It was amazing to show my 'souvenir' to my mother and father-in-law. They were so shocked and surprised to see so many clams. They said the clams I got was more than that of the seafood market near my home. Haha! We ate some clams at midnight and we decided to give some to our relatives, to share our happiness with them! I hope I can go there and get more clams soon! Wakaka!!! ^V^

Where are you???????

So far, fewer and fewer people come to visit this blog. Sometimes I feel confused and frustrated and I am not sure whether I should keep this blog or not. Not many of you left comments here in the past few months. I don't know whether you don't like reading this blog or you don't leave comments after reading the blog. I think this blog is one of the effective ways for us to communicate. I really want you to leave comments here and let me know what you are doing right now. Of course, you can add me in your Facebook too. Anyway, I hope we can keep this blog 'forever', just like the title of this blog 'forever6dmisschung'!

We haven't seen and chatted with each other for a long time. I miss you all!!! Anyone can organise an activity for us?? I will wait for your reply.

PTA Chinese New Year Function and Valentine's Day

Yesterday was Valentine's Day, however, I spent most of time in the school since there was a PTA Chinese New Year Gathering Party. To be honest, I didn't enjoy the time at all. Fortunately, Janice and Edmund came back and they were my GREAT companions. Without them, I couldn't imagine how I could spend the long, long time there. Edmund and Janice, thank you so much for your help of organizing the game stall. You are not just my good students, you two are my friends as well. Whenever I call you and want you to come to see me, you two are the first two persons to respond me and probably with positive feedback, that means you always say 'YES!' to me! I LIKE YOU TWO! We played Scrabble together and had a wonderful time together. Edmund, I think somehow you are a genius (I really mean it!) as your English is fantastic and you can think of the way to achieve high marks. I am proud to have you in my teaching life! Janice, of course, I am proud to have you as you are the first student to get a prize in the Speech Festival under my training. I hope you two enjoy tea time with me. I am sure you will love the red packets that I gave you. You are the first two students who I gave red packets to. How lucky you are! Solomon, I wanted to give red packets to you but you didn't come to school in purpose. You just suddenly came back because you wanted to find out what function was going on in the school. If you came back for me, I will give you red packets, hehe >.<

For my Valentine's Day, I didn't have any celebrations as I celebrated with my hubby on the day before. It's not nice to line up in front of the restaurants and eat the 'Valentine's Meal/Set'. I don't appreciate that at all. Anyway, every day is Valentine's Day as long as my hubby is with me, haha ^.^

How are you guys doing recently? Tell me more about your life!

My Hoi Ha Wan trip!!

In the extremely cold morning, I joined the trip to Clear Water Bay Country Part, Sai Kung and Ho Ha Wan with my mum, brother, husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law. I was as thrilled as a primary kid going on the school picnic. I haven't had this kind of feeling for a long long time. Maybe I was depressed for quite a long time after I returned to Hong Kong from Canada. It's my first time to fly a kite. I don't have such an experience in my whole life. Flying a kite is so fun and exciting. Having a family day is simple but special to me. I love staying with my family and having a great time with them. That's the time for me to be myself and to be real. I will remember this day!!!
