As I told you before, I said I would tell you a good news today!
While you were working hard to study for the exam, I sent emails to the principal and asked for his permission to organise a gathering party with you. He is so kind and he promised to let us have the party in the Activity Room on 27/6. Let me give you more details.
Date: 27/6/2008 (Friday)
Time: 3:30 p.m. -5:30 p.m. (2 hours)
Venue: 1/F Activity Room
Things to do: Eating, sharing, playing some simple games
Things to bring: a lunch box and cutlery
Dressing code: School P.E. uniform and sport shoes
Food items: 10 food items including drinks (the food items were announced in the lesson on 2/6)
I gave you the circular today. The circular is written in English. Please take some time to translate for your parents. Today, some of you took the oral exam. But you spoke too soft that I couldn't hear you. Please try to speak up and be confident! You will have your English Dictation Exam tomorrow. I hope you can study hard and get good marks tomorrow. Your paper I and paper II exam will be on Friday. Work hard and work smart!!! It's your last English exam in this school. I want to have a good memory! I thought of this invitation long time ago but I didn't tell your class. I want you to do something you want to do but not I force you to do. I love your idea and I think you are so special in your class. I think your class should take the iniative to draw an invitation card and give it to the principal to thank him for his kindness and invite him to the party.
