Yesterday (25/10) I went to watch a movie with my husband in Palace IFC. We haven't watched movies for a long time. Before August, we needed to prepare a lot of things for our wedding. Therefore, we rarely went to the cinema/theatre. Actually, I love watching films, especially horror films. Of course, I also love Harry Potter series.My husband (he is my first and the only boyfriend) dated me to a cinema in the second dating. From that day on, I saved all the movie tickets. I develop the habit of saving movie tickets. Now, I have more than a hundred movie tickets since we have been dating for about 8 years. Sometimes I take them out and think of the old days. I didn't realise that we have known each other for so many years.
Let's talk about the movie----Beowulf. The movie takes place in Denmark in AD 57. There were monsters in the country and the king always fought against the monsters. He killed all of them with his bravery. However one day, there came a monster and it killed a lot of citizens. The king was frustrated and he wanted a hero to come and save his kingdom. Then a hero (Beowulf) from another country came and he thought he could kill the monster with his hand only. Actually that horrible monster was the son of the king and another female monster. Beowulf killed the monster in the first night and everyone was delighted and they celebrated the victory. But the female monster was furious and she went to the country and killed all the soldiers who killed his son. Beowulf knew he needed to kill the female monster at once. Next he went to the cave and looked for the monster. But......
Do you want to know the ending of the movie? I think it's better for you to go to the cinema and find out the answer by yourself. This film uses a lot of animation and special effects. You will be thrilled to see certain scenes.
